• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the staked amount will be refunded.

• Creating or using multiple accounts

• Betting through hacking, software exploitation, or automated methods
• Using third-party payment methods
• Money laundering or illegal financial activity
• Harassing or threatening other members
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage

If such activity is detected, 88baji reserves the right to suspend the account, forfeit the balance, and take legal action where necessary.

88baji may temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found
• Extended inactivity (generally more than 12 months)
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion)
• By court order or legal requirement

Members may also close their account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, they will be given the opportunity to withdraw their verified balance (except in cases of Terms & Conditions violations).

• Losing a bet or missing an opportunity due to internet connectivity issues
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment providers
• Losses resulting from a member sharing their own account credentials with others
• Issues arising from unexpected technical errors
• Unmet expectations regarding bet outcomes

88baji makes every effort to keep its services running without interruption, though brief downtime may occur due to maintenance or unforeseen circumstances.
